Fairview Group Pty Ltd was formed in 2014 by two Construction Managers who had spent the best part of 16 years together with one of the Southeast QLD major construction companies Glenzeil Pty Ltd. Fairview Group Pty Ltd has over 35 years experience in the construction industry, and collectively between the two directors have over 65 years experience in many different areas of construction within Australia and overseas. 

Our company ethos of “Quality and Integrity” defines our build process and client interaction and as a direct link all our work comes to us by word of mouth from a satisfied customer. We have never advertised and keep our company at a level where we can personally take our clients through the build process and as such will only take on a certain number of projects at a time.

We are a multi-skilled company that have the experience to take on technical and difficult constructions and can direct the works from design to handover for our clients. The choice as always lies with the customer as to whether you require construction only or a full design and construct package that will take you from concept through Development Application (DA) to Building Application (BA) ready to construct.

At a personal level one of the directors of Fairview Group Pty Ltd will take you from the first introduction all the way through to the final handover of your high-quality project. Not to rely solely on experience and recommendation alone, our highly qualified team hold a Master of Project Management and Master of Business Administration as well a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building MCIOB (UK) and Member of the Master Builders Queensland.
